Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after they are confirmed. Customers select their preferred delivery method while placing their order.
The average delivery time is 2 to 4 business days for metropolitan France and up to 6 business days outside metropolitan France.
Given the current health situation, delivery times may actually be longer.
The home delivery option allows you to receive your product directly at your home. Fizimed works with the French carrier Colissimo. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.
For any questions regarding your delivery, please contact Colissimo directly with your tracking number, which will be sent to you by email at the email address you entered while placing your order.
For deliveries outside metropolitan France, Colissimo works with international carriers but remains solely responsible for your package until it is delivered.

Fizimed accepts payments by PayPal. PayPal is a trusted third party that lets you pay by credit card if you have a PayPal account. Payment in 3 interest-free installments
Our trusted partner Alma lets you pay in three secure installments without interest. Alma accepts payments by debit card, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, and Maestro. All pages on the Alma payment website are secured by way of an SSL 128-bit SHA-2 protocol (URL beginning with “https”). Its partners Payline and S-Money ensure that all payment data processed by Alma remains secure.
Customers must confirm that they are the holder of the credit card to be charged and that the name appearing on the card is their own. Customers must enter the sixteen digits, the expiration date, and the three-digit security code found on the back of the card. If the payment is refused or denied for any reason, the online sale, as per the law, will immediately be canceled and the order will also be canceled.
